The Element of Touch believes in creating an overall great experience. From initial contact via phone or online to checkout, we want to make sure our clients feel valued and cared for. Great customer service is not just limited to the services performed. We want the EOT experience to exceed your expectations!
Online Booking is suggested and preferred. Our online booking site is available 24/7 and is user-friendly. All of our available services are listed and our therapists schedules are always up to date. Currently, your appointment needs to be ACCEPTED by each therapists and you will receive a confirmation of acceptance or decline within 24 hours of appointment scheduling. ALL appointments will need to be secured with a VALID credit/debit card.
Appointments can also be scheduled over the phone by calling 216-694-8250. DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS. If booking over the phone, a VALID email address and contact phone number will need to be provided and an invoice will be sent for requested services and a $25 deposit will need to be paid to secure appointment. This invoice will need to be paid within 24 hours or ALL services will be cancelled.
Because we value time and we know the length of time needed to perform services, we have NO GRACE PERIOD. If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible at 216-694-8250. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we will add an additional $10 to your services total. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will add an additional $20 to your services total. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your ENTIRE appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services total.
**If your therapist is running behind 5-15 minutes, we will contact you at the number on file to advise as soon as possible. If the therapist is behind 5-10 minutes, we will deduct 10% from your services total . If your therapist is behind 15 or more, we will deduct 20% from the entire services total.**
Late Cancellation/No Show
We know, and understand, that sometimes plans need to change. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible. That said, we do ask that you advise us within 24 hours or more if you need to modify your scheduled services, reschedule the entire appointment, or cancel the appointment in its entirety. If you call or go online less than 24 hours of your appointment to change, reschedule, or cancel, you will be charged 100% of the TOTAL services scheduled. This also includes making changes once you have arrived at your appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file. If we are unsuccessful at charging the card on file, you will be invoiced for the fee and it will need to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. Add-ons WILL NOT be accommodated during the appointment so please be sure to schedule ALL requested services when booking appointments. **If your therapist needs to reschedule or modify your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% will be deducted from the TOTAL services appointment. If your therapist needs to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% will be deducted from your next scheduled services.**
